We offer FREE USPS Priority / First Class shipping anywhere in the Continental US for orders over $60.

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your Skin by Tru product, we'll be happy to issue a replacement, refund, or credit provided that:

• You contact us to start a return within 30 days of the original ship date
• There is at least 3/4 of the product left in the container

Return shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. To start a return, please email us.

If the item was a gift and is returned by the recipient, we will issue an equal-value gift certificate.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
